We are looking for a tech-savvy intern, experienced in social media, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. You will have to develop engaging and unique content and have great customer service skills. You would also have to moderate community conversations, both online and offline.
Organise various community engagement events such as community lead live online sessions. During these events, you will have to coordinate with the speaker of the event and the participants.
Moderate the Bolt IoT forum. Continually engage with the students, answer queries and offer help.
Provide engaging content in a variety of forms, such as text, image, and video, for social media accounts. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in community building and brand awareness boosting events.
Ensure brand consistency by communicating with the Marketing team. Ensure that communication and social media campaigns align with marketing strategies
Keep up-to-date on new features and products
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals.
Support technical team with various training related tasks like evaluating project submissions, answering customer queries etc.

For 6-month full-time internship: Rs.15,000/- per month.
For 2 month full-time internship: Rs.10,000/- per month.
