About the profile of Marketing and Sales Manager for the 'IoT and ML Training'

We offer an IoT and ML training for engineering and other colleges students of India. We sell it at our store shop.boltiot.com.

As part of this profile, you shall lead all marketing and sales activities for our 'IoT & ML training'. This training is our highest revenue-generating product as of date. In the last year, we have seen a 30% month on month growth. We have achieved this without any dedicated marketing and salesperson team.
To grow it further, we are looking for a dedicated manager. As part of this profile, you will develop and execute the marketing and sales strategies to continue sales growth.

Job responsibilities are:

  • Plan the monthly marketing calendar.

  • Manage the sales via existing sales channels, i.e. student partner affiliate program, a scholarship program in association with the college faculty and Facebook ADs.

  • Develop and execute content marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Communicate with the customers to better understand their needs and requirements. Thus making suitable changes in the strategy.

  • Identify and develop new sales channels.

  • Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social mediums.


Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as a sales and marketing manager.

  • Working understanding of data analysis methods and market research techniques.

  • Experience with the application of marketing techniques and strategies, especially in the area of digital marketing.


Must have skills:

  • MS Office
  • Communication skills, verbally and written

Good to have skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in the retail/e-commerce industry.
  • Graduation/post-graduation in any field related to marketing/sales.
